One of the most valuable opportunities any undergraduate can pursue is a co-operative work program. This experience provides on-site training and instruction that a traditional, course-based education cannot. As most students learn upon graduation, first-hand work experience can be the most important part of an application package, whether it be for a career or for graduate school.
Co-op opportunities are available to COGS students. If you are working towards a B.Sc., contact the Science Co-op Office or browse the Science Co-op Website. Students in the Computational Intelligence and Design stream apply through the Computer Science Co-op Program, following their application requirements. Students in Cognition and Brain apply in their third year through the Life Sciences Biopsychology Program of Science Co-op. As a B.A. student, contact Arts Co-op directly or visit their website.
